Chapter 11 – Page 24
Hi everyone. I realize this is a bit of an ominous and potentially cliff-hangery page to do this on but I need to let you know that we will be taking a bit of a break and going on hiatus till around mid-august. I’ve been struggling to keep up and my buffer of pages is at 0 now, so I’m having a very hard time keeping up.
Normally, for The Prince and the Swan, I try and keep at least 2-3 page buffers at all times. This isn’t much (10-15 pages is where I’d like to be), but it’s what I’d been able to keep up with for the last year or so. With the pandemic stress, however, I found myself unable to work on any pages for a month or two. That pretty much destroyed any buffer I had and I’ve been struggling ever since.
Due to this and the fact that going to be starting to look at places to move due to upcoming noise issues in my building, I’ve decided to go on hiatus until mid-August 2020. This means that there won’t be any new pages on the Site until then while I build up some buffer and take some time to get affairs in order if it turns out the noisy repairs drive us mad.
This is not something that I wanted to do, as I love being able to deliver this comic to you, but it’s become clear to me that I need time.
Thank you again for your support and I hope I can give you some sneak peeks and works in progress as soon as I can. Again, thank you for your support and I hope to get back to you in better shape.
Take the time, you need no excuse, I have stayed with comics that have gone months even years on hiatus. Your health is more important. Stay safe
Take care of yourself first! A month or so isn’t that long of a hiatus, anyway;we’ll be here waiting once you get things sorted.

Absolutely no problem! Maybe you should work in a regular break-week each month… only post there pages a month so you get a free week to rest or catch up.
