Aw, thank you all for your comments on the last page! I’ve been thinking a lot about how Odet and Siegfried will talk about this, it’s tricky. I also thought a lot about how Siegfried deals with this particular stress. I’m so glad you appreciate Odet’s response. ❤

This page somehow creates me as a kind of echo of some chapters back where Odet spoke of Enrik, not being able to bear all the sadness and longing anymore, bursting into tears exactly like Sigfried right now, it’s so tender that both don’t hesitate to hold each other in their arms as long as they feel safe and supported <3<3.

Omg I’m writing a dnd NPC nearly the same as Siegfried. The struggle of responsibility vs desire is something that I wanted to explore with my team and to see it reflected in my fav comic is fantastic and adds so my new inspiration to my own work.
